What this job involves: Manage the successful delivery of complex, fast-track data center and mission-critical projects. The PM is responsible for day-to-day project execution under the direction of the senior PM. This role will work closely with team leadership, clients, contractors, vendors and project stakeholders to deliver projects on-time, on-budget, safely, efficiently and in alignment with JLL standards. What your day-to-day will look like: Project Coordination & Documentation Execute project delivery activities through planning, execution and closeout phases in accordance with approved project plans and senior leadership direction. Maintain project plans, logistics coordination, and integrated schedules; track milestones and escalate schedule or budget risks to senior project leadership. Manage project meetings, milestone events, and site visits; track action items and support communication across clients, vendors, and internal teams. Coordinate closeout deliverables including as-builts, O&M manuals, and warranties. Identify project risks and support mitigation planning and issue resolution with senior project leadership. Financial & Procurement Support Track and manage project financials, change orders, and contract deliverables to support financial performance, contract compliance, and successful project delivery. Coordinate vendor onboarding, purchase orders, contract records, and compliance documentation. Support RFP and procurement activities including bid coordination, bid leveling, and vendor documentation. Project Execution & Field Support Facilitate schedule execution through milestone tracking and coordination across project teams and vendors. Support field QA/QC, commissioning coordination, and contractor activities for key project milestones. Client Communication & Safety Participation Promote site safety requirements and safe work practices throughout the project. Serve as day-to-day point of contact for client, contractor, vendor and project stakeholder communication on behalf of the senior PM; and prepare progress reports, presentations, and briefing materials with project leadership. Participate in site safety protocols, MOP reviews, shutdown planning, and LOTO awareness during site visits; support safety, quality, and compliance standards throughout project lifecycles.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years of experience in construction, facilities, or project management; mission-critical or data center environment exposure preferred. Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and building systems fundamentals. Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and supporting procurement or RFP processes. Familiarity with construction documentation, scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects in fast-paced, geographically distributed team environments. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, MS Office, MS Project, Procore, and similar project management and document-control tools. Willingness to work extensively in active construction site environments (up to 80% onsite as required) and travel for projects outside the
