Associate Manager, Product Marketing -Everyday Value

The Associate Manager, Value owns the design, launch, optimization and scaling of proven value platforms that drive new visits, frequency and habit formation. This role turns the value strategy into commercially viable offers and programs. You will build the value calendar and offer pipeline, develop business case recommendations, coordinate test and national launch readiness, and use performance and competitive signals to improve results. You will work across Consumer Insights, Finance, Operations, RSCS, FIT, Digital, Retail Marketing, IMC, Media, and agencies to move work through the 4Ds process (Discover, Dive, Design and Deploy) with speed, clarity and strong execution.
