We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Technical Lead to drive the engineering vision and technical execution for our product. This role will be responsible for leading the engineering team in designing, developing, and delivering highly visible, business-critical solutions using Microsoft Azure, .NET, Angular, and AI/ML technologies. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle, champion cloud-native architecture, and lead the adoption of Generative AI capabilities, AI-assisted engineering practices, and modern DevOps methodologies to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications.

Provide technical leadership for the engineering team responsible for delivering high-impact and business-critical features for the high visibility products, ensuring solution quality, scalability, reliability, and maintainability Architect, design, and implement cloud-native enterprise solutions using Microsoft Azure, .NET, and Angular, leveraging Azure services to build secure, scalable, and resilient applications Lead the design and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI initiatives that improve business processes, automate workflows, and enhance customer experiences across the product portfolio Drive the adoption and implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, Prompt Engineering best practices, and AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph to develop intelligent enterprise applications Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, Data Scientists, Architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and coaching to software engineers through architecture reviews, code reviews, design discussions, and technical knowledge sharing to foster engineering excellence Establish and enforce software engineering best practices, including secure coding standards, design patterns, performance optimization, testing strategies, and architectural governance Lead technical design discussions and contribute to strategic technology decisions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, and long-term business objectives Drive DevOps maturity by implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, monitoring, observability, and release management practices to improve deployment efficiency and operational stability Champion the adoption of AI-powered Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) tools to enhance developer productivity, automate repetitive engineering tasks, improve code quality, accelerate testing, and optimize software delivery Ensure applications meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, performance, scalability, and operational excellence while proactively identifying and mitigating technical risks Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and advancements in cloud computing, AI/ML, and Generative AI, recommending innovative solutions that deliver measurable business value Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in
