We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own strategic positioning, competitive differentiation, product launches, and the voice of the customer. You’ll help shape how Feathery tells its story internally and externally, translating complex product capabilities into clear narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to refine our market strategy, influence product direction, and build the messaging and enablement that help win enterprise deals. Why You What makes this an exciting role to step into: Driving an AI-native marketing organization - shaping how we market in the AI era We have lots of fun making videos for launches: see examples for our Robin launch and Proposals Ability to build and hire a team, and grow into a marketing leader About the Role This is a high-ownership role that blends: Product positioning, messaging, and storytelling Go-to-market strategy and product launches Sales enablement and competitive intelligence Customer and market research Close collaboration across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership You’ll own how Feathery’s products are positioned and brought to market — from understanding customer pain and competitive dynamics to developing the narratives, launches, and collateral that drive adoption. What You’ll Do Go-to-Market, Positioning & Product Launches Define and evolve Feathery’s core messaging, positioning, and value propositions across insurance and wealth management Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and feature launches from narrative and positioning through enablement and launch execution Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging for enterprise buyers Partner with Product and Marketing to bring new capabilities and use cases to market Sales Enablement & Competitive Intelligence Develop customer-centric collateral including decks, one-pagers, case studies, product pages, and other GTM assets Partner with Sales and Customer Success to build enablement that helps win competitive deals, shorten deal cycles, and expand accounts Analyze competitors, market trends, and buyer insights to strengthen Feathery’s differentiation Ensure internal teams are aligned on the latest product updates, positioning, and GTM priorities Customer & Market Insights Champion customer research and voice-of-customer initiatives to refine messaging and identify new opportunities Develop customer stories and case studies that demonstrate Feathery’s impact Partner with Product to inform roadmap priorities based on customer insights, usage patterns, and feedback from the field Identify emerging customer needs, use cases, and market opportunities across insurance and wealth management About You 5+ years of B2B SaaS Product Marketing experience, including ownership of product launches and go-to-market programs Proven track record of positioning technical or workflow automation products for enterprise customers Exceptional storytelling and communication skills — able to distill complex technology into compelling narratives Experience building sales enablement and competitive intelligence programs Strong cross-functional
