Job Description
TNR Specialist (f/m/x) The TNR Specialist supports strategic business development and digital transformation initiatives, contributing to business growth, customer experience enhancement, and the evolution of future sales channels across BMW Financial Services. What awaits you?
Support strategic business development and digital transformation initiatives within BMW Financial Services. Contribute to the integration of Financial Services into the New Retail customer journey, ensuring visibility across key customer touchpoints. Coordinate cross-functional projects with Sales, Marketing, IT, BMW AG, BMW Bank, BMW Ibérica, Alphabet and external partners. Monitor the evolution of digital sales and customer engagement platforms, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and business performance. Conduct market research and benchmark analyses to identify trends, innovations and business opportunities. Prepare project updates, dashboards, management presentations and steering materials, highlighting progress, KPIs, risks and next steps. Participate in testing, validation and change management activities to support the successful implementation of new tools, processes and business models. Facilitate collaboration between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring proper follow-up of actions, decisions and project commitments
What should you bring along?
Degree-level education or equivalent experience. 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, business development, consulting, digital transformation or related areas. Digital mindset, customer-centric approach and strong interest in innovation and new sales models. Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills. Clear communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proactive, structured and collaborative working style, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence or MS Project would be an advantage. Advanced English level; Spanish is required for the local market context.
