Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours. Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries. This position is offered on a fixed-term basis for 18 months and is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 35h/week. Your tasks and responsibilities: You contribute to the global Cybersecurity Regulatory and Standards strategy and independently drive its implementation. You monitor, analyze, and assess international regulatory developments as well as standardization activities and derive corresponding actions and requirements. You evaluate regulatory requirements, coordinate responses and position papers, and manage collaboration with internal Cybersecurity subject matter experts and other relevant stakeholders. You ensure the early identification, analysis, and implementation of new regulatory requirements and standards, align them with existing controls, and advise on compliance and gap analyses as a basis for market access. You are responsible for positioning Siemens Healthineers in regulatory and Cybersecurity standards initiatives and ensuring that company interests are effectively represented through appropriate committees and networks. You research and analyze complex regulatory topics, prepare decision-making and communication materials for internal and external audiences, and represent company positions to relevant stakeholders. You coordinate and support the implementation of regulatory and standards-related priorities across international markets and actively contribute to the further development of regulatory frameworks. You build and maintain strategic relationships with internal partners, industry associations, standardization organizations, and regulatory and standards consortia. You bring many years of professional experience in Regulatory Affairs, Standards & Policy, Quality Management, or a comparable regulatory environment. You possess profound knowledge of international Cybersecurity laws, regulatory requirements, and relevant standards, and have successfully applied them in practice. You have in-depth expertise in established Cybersecurity standards, particularly ISO 27001, as well as other relevant international frameworks.
