Position
Overview The Associate Salesforce Developer will work with the Salesforce team to support the ongoing development, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s Salesforce environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving business processes and driving user adoption on the Force.com platform. This role will work closely with Commercial Operations, functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes, including quoting, case management, integrations, and other core processes. This position is responsible for day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Sales software and hardware tools. Essential Job Functions Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations. Coordinate the evaluation, scoping, and completion of new development requests. Work independently with members of the user community to define and document current-state processes and ongoing development requirements. Manage and support Sales software and hardware tools, including Formyoula, Salesforce Mobile, iPads, and other applications. Design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption. Build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity. Develop solutions using Apex and JavaScript. Design, develop, and deploy Apex triggers and Lightning Web Component interfaces to support business requirements. Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
