About this Role Quanta Services is seeking an Associate Director to join the leadership team of the OneStream Center of Excellence (CoE). Positioned as a peer to the CoE’s Senior Managers (Technical and Operations) and reporting to the Director, the Associate Director owns the Program Management function — roadmap and product strategy, demand intake and prioritization, release strategy, requirements and business analysis, adoption metrics, change management, and acquisition onboarding — while also carrying a defined set of Director responsibilities delegated for day-to-day execution, including operational performance oversight, first-level cross-functional escalation, and steering-committee operations. This is a strategic leadership role as much as an operational one: the Associate Director partners directly with the Director to shape the CoE’s multi-year platform strategy, represents the CoE in cross-functional planning, and serves as a credible deputy and succession candidate for the Director on delegated duties. The role carries elevated cross-functional coordination authority across Operations and Technical but does not hold line-management authority over the Senior Managers, who continue to report to the Director. The ideal candidate combines strong financial and accounting judgment with program or product leadership experience in a corporate performance management (CPM) or comparable systems environment. Direct OneStream experience — or experience building, staffing, or leading a OneStream (or comparable CPM) Center of Excellence — is a strong preference rather than a requirement; candidates with comparable large-organization program-leadership backgrounds are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do
Develop, own, and maintain the OneStream platform roadmap and product strategy on a day-to-day basis, in alignment with the Director’s strategic direction and executive priorities. Own demand intake and prioritization governance — logging, screening, and routing enhancement requests so unfiltered demand does not hit Operations or Technical directly. Own release strategy and sequencing across interdependent workstreams, coordinating release calendars with the Technical team. Lead requirements management and business analysis, translating stakeholder needs from Consolidations, FP&A, and Accounting into clear specifications and acceptance criteria. Define and report product performance and adoption metrics, feeding the Director’s organizational performance oversight to executive leadership. Assess vendor capabilities and market/tooling options, including AI and integration tooling, to inform the Director’s contract and renewal decisions. Own enterprise change management and communications tied to each enhancement wave, including stakeholder communications and
