Position
Overview: As a Process QE Technician, you will focus on one function within the multifaceted realm of process quality engineering. You will support engineers with routine tasks and collaborate on engineering projects. This outstanding opportunity will allow you to develop your skills in a collaborative and inclusive environment, where your contributions will be valued and your growth supported.
Responsibilities
Follow SOPs to perform routines such as system settings, document control, and metrics maintenance. Tasks change based on the function assigned in process QE. Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze and resolve technical issues with detailed solutions. Initiate solutions using Micron's tools to improve labor efficiency and mitigate risks during conversion. Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and practices. Qualifications & Skills: Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Determined and proactive approach to learning and tackling challenges. Independent thinking ability. Intermediate PC skills, including familiarity with MS Office. Ability to learn quickly and maintain carefulness. Time management, organization, and prioritization skills. Adherence to procedures and capability to work with minimal supervision. Flexibility with job responsibilities and short-notice assignments (overtime and weekend duty may be required). Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience
No specific degree or experience required. Experience in coding with Python, SQL, C++, etc. would be beneficial but is not essential.
