Our mission-driven approach and unwavering dedication to excellence ensure that we continue to deliver superior products and solutions to our customers around the world.   THE WORK  As a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor, you'll lead a team of Manufacturing Engineering Aides within Production Operations supporting our Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) facility in Orlando, FL. Your organization provides technical guidance and problem resolution for operators and first review/ response for support requests. Your team programs and maintains assembly-related machines and shop aids. Your organization assists manufacturing engineers (MEs) in updating work instructions and working Quality Note tasks. You support the adoption of new technologies like automation, AI implementation, and computer-aided manufacturing to make our factories faster, leaner, and higher quality. You'll help modernize and accelerate the TLS factories and the way they run. Set and drive the strategy and vision for your team, aligning day-to-day execution with the broader goals of Production Operations and the factory modernization effort Lead and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineering Aides supporting across ACS, LMS, F-35, and RMS market segments Coach, mentor, and grow your Manufacturing Engineering Aides, supporting their development and setting them up to succeed Drive the adoption of new manufacturing technologies — automation, AI implementation, CAM software, and 3D model-based data and digital work instructions — to optimize how we build Champion operational excellence: evaluate equipment and tooling performance, investigate problems and deficiencies, and drive corrective action to keep production running Use factory data and analytics to find opportunities and fuel continuous improvement Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to identify, implement, and sustain improvements Keep stakeholders and your team aligned on key process improvement efforts through clear, consistent communication   WHO YOU ARE You are a strong leader who can guide and develop your team, can rally your team and others around objectives, and can drive efforts to successful completion.  • Awarded Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering • 5 or more years of relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing production environment developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes • Has the ability to analyze electrical and mechanical schematics and diagrams • Must be highly detailed-oriented due to the nature of electrical & electromechanical assemblies • Microsoft Office suite experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Desired Skills 
 • 5 to 10 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes • Generates manufacturing work instructions, process documentation, or standard operating procedures • Applies design for
