The PSOC team is looking for an electronics engineer to support design, developing, and testing electronics equipment and systems. The information below reflects the standard job description for this position: Researches, designs, develops, and tests a variety of electronic equipment and systems, including radar and radiation detection equipment; radio, television and other communications equipment and systems; circuitry components; analog and digital computers; and control and test equipment. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in an Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related degree from an accredited college/university 1+ year of professional experience in an Electrical/Electronic Engineering role or similiar Prior experience with digital/analog electronics (such as design, circuit analysis, etc.) Experience with test and/or measurement equipment (e.g., Digital Voltmeter, Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, Function Generators) Experience in troubleshooting hardware and/or software failures Experience interpreting and/or creating electronic schematics Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment Ability to get and hold Secret clearance required. Thus US Citizenship is required Desired Skills Experience with Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design Strong understanding of analog components (e.g., resistors, capacitors, MOSFETs, BJTs, diodes, and inductors) Knowledge of test consoles, cable designs, interface panels and custom chassis Strong understanding of digital components (e.g., flip flops, lookup tables, logic gates, shift registers, finite state machines, and memory hierarchies) Experience in design, update, and managing engineering drawings and documentation. Experience and understanding of software languages such as C/C++ Experience with power budgets calculations Experience as a hardware owner or CPE, to include working with subcontractors Understanding of the MRB process Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
