 The Electrical Engineering team designs, develops or coordinates development of components, small systems, quality systems, processes or materials. This role in summary 
 Solves complex problems, provides new perspective/existing solutions, assists in policy development. Understands relevant internal/external practices.Independent, minimum direction needed. In depth knowledge/experience in Wiring Your responsibilities will include 
 Review the Wiring design plan that feeds into the project overall plan by working with SI. ● Wire, terminal, component selection.Adhering to Tier II governance and roadmap. ● Review routing layout by understanding assembly and safety requirement ● Monitor target costs at subsystem level as per project scope. ● Review sub system design concepts and evaluate the best one to move forward. ● Ensure the design(s) developed meet the DFM/ DFA/ DFS and other DVP&R Attributes. ● Verify subsystem design against DVP&R requirements at each verification phase. ● Review & Release design for tooling and manage risks in the project proactively with cross functional teams ● Plan and maintain Design deliverables and System design deliverables at every engineering event. ● Conduct subsystem design reviews interfacing with leadership and cross functional for gaining alignment at each build. ● Work with suppliers for design discussions/ reviews at every significant event/ build and provide support for Engineering build/ manufacturing build. ● Providing details to sample selection, follow-up & monitoring of sample preparation. ● Review PA test plan for sub system performance. ● Deliver TCP and TCQ objectives set as per Targets of Specific Category ● Design release, tracking issues and documenting key decisions. ● Projects Delivery On time, Cost, Quality. ● Review & embedment of DfX methodologies in Design ● Create and support Standards for Wiring Globally & adherence to the Standards Minimum requirements 
 EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS BE/ME Electrical & Electronics BE/ME Mechanical BE Electronics & Telecommunication AGE NA EXP 6 - 9 yrs Experience in leading complex projects for Wiring harness design Preferred skills and experiences
