You Are: You’re a skilled analog and mixed-signal designer with strong CMOS fundamentals and experience in high-speed SerDes. You excel in collaborative environments, enjoy mentoring, and are passionate about innovation. You’re detail-oriented, communicate clearly, and thrive on solving tough technical challenges that make an impact. What You’ll Be Doing: Reviewing SerDes standards and developing analog sub-block specs Designing and optimizing high-speed analog circuits Proposing and executing verification strategies Collaborating with layout and digital teams Presenting simulation results to peers and customers Mentoring junior engineers and documenting designs What You’ll Need: 8+ years’ CMOS analog/mixed-signal design experience (MASc/PhD/Bachelor’s + exp.)
