What You Will Get To Do: The Associate Director, Regulatory Change & Enablement, is responsible for providing regulatory advisory, impact assessment, and enablement services across Asset Services, supporting both Transfer Agency and Fund Accounting operations.  Operating within the Operational Governance, Risk and Regulatory Enablement function, the role ensures consistent interpretation of regulatory obligations while working closely with Operations, Product, and clients to deliver practical, commercially aligned outcomes.  The role focuses on:  Monitoring and interpreting regulatory developments  Assessing impacts across operations, products, and service models  Developing clear analysis, guidance, and business-ready collateral  Supporting BAU regulatory queries and interpretation  Engaging directly with clients and Responsible Entities (REs) on regulatory change  The role combines advisory and execution, leading the development of impact assessments, recommendations, and enablement material, while partnering with PMO and business teams to support delivery and implementation. Regulatory Change Advisory & Impact Assessment Monitor regulatory developments from APRA, ASIC, AUSTRAC, ATO and other bodies Interpret regulatory requirements and translate into operational, product, and client impacts Perform structured impact assessments across: Transfer Agency operations Fund Accounting operations Client service models Partner with Product and Operations to: Assess implications Develop practical, scalable response options Produce high-quality outputs
