Training Coordinator Full-time Location: Texas - SW Distribution Center Company: Mattel Sales Corp.

The Opportunity: Gives day to day direction to facility trainers and ensures trainer readiness Responsible for ensuring training programs are properly and consistently executed in respective facility Responsible for determining training needs for facility and working with the Training Supervisor to develop new training programs Implements program changes by the Training Supervisor Ensures training documents are current and updated with location specific information Develop and maintain relationship with staffing agencies Places orders with staffing agencies for contingent workers, communicates release of work force, and tracks DNR’s (do not returns). Plans training schedules and ensures trainer coverage Tracks contingent worker headcount to manpower plan Maintain training documents for audit purposes Identify, prep, and print paperwork, instructions, and labels Ability to attend work regularly and on a timely manner Able to perform work with accuracy Ability to operate a computer with Microsoft Office software and a learn a various program Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by your manager or supervisor Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Able to collaborate with management, staff, customers and vendors. Strong writing skills. Able to write reports and correspondences. Strong reading skills. Able to read and interpret documents such as shipping documents, bills of lading, reports, inventory documents Ability to follow instructions Strong oral communication skills. Able to speak effectively before staff, management customers, vendors, and other corporate partners Able to analyses and interpret reports, graphs, and other data Strong and accurate data entry skills Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
