Guest Relations Executive

As Guest Relations Executive serves as a visible and proactive Guest Experience representative across the resort, with a primary focus on the Rooms & Food & Drinks, while also supporting guest engagement and service delivery within Water Park. The role is maintaining a strong and consistent presence among guests, while extending support Water Park to ensure a seamless and consistent guest experience across all key touchpoints of the resort.
