The Customer Entitlement Services (CES) for Oracle Health provides validated customer assets and entitlement data to the Customer Deal Desk (CDD), Client Renewals, and Client Account Executive (Sales) teams for generating Quotes and Order Documents for various business transactions for Oracle health, including extension, renewal, expansion, migration, termination, amendments etc. This is a critical and foundation activity for any transaction involving existing customer/contract base.
