Sales Operations Specialist

Essential Job Functions: • Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights for process improvement. • Participate in the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges. • Generate and present detailed reports on operational performance. • Assist in resource allocation and budget tracking. • Make data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and productivity. • Contribute to departmental goal setting and planning. • Act as a subject matter expert in specific areas of operations. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Enablement • Proficiencies in data analysis and reporting • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications: • Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus • Relevant certifications such as Sales Analyst Professional (SAP) is a plus At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
