Job Description – QA Automation Engineer Position Summary We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Selenium automation using the C# framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing automated regression suites, troubleshooting test automation issues, and ensuring high-quality software releases through effective test automation practices.

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with C#. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve failures within existing automation and regression test suites. Enhance test coverage by identifying automation opportunities and implementing scalable automation solutions. Support continuous integration and continuous testing initiatives. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to understand requirements and validate functionality. Investigate application defects and assist in root cause analysis. Monitor automation execution results and provide detailed test reports. Participate in test planning, test case reviews, and quality assurance activities throughout the software development lifecycle. Contribute to framework improvements, automation standards, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have 5+ years of experience in QA Automation and Software Testing. Strong hands-on experience with Selenium Automation Framework using C# . Experience creating, maintaining, and executing automated regression test suites. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to identify and resolve automation failures. Good understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and defect lifecycle management. Experience working with source control systems such as Git or Azure DevOps. Familiarity with CI/CD practices and automated test execution pipelines. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Nice-to-Have Working knowledge of Playwright automation framework. Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical order management applications. Exposure to USA Medical Sampling Order Management processes and workflows. Experience with API testing and automation. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Experience working in large enterprise applications with complex business workflows.
