 You will be the Program Management Associate Manager for the GMLRS Proposals team. Our team is responsible for leading proposal development and coordination across multiple programs.

As the Program Management Associate Manager you will be responsible for driving proposal success through strategic leadership and cross‑functional collaboration. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead proposal teams and manage multiple concurrent proposal activities. Coordinate end‑to‑end proposal processes from pre‑RFP through award, including statement of work development and schedule management. Prepare and deliver presentation materials for internal and external reviews such as ITRS, INARS, and EPPs. Administer GMLRS Bid and Proposal funds, handling RFPA submissions, tracking, and financial analysis. Support senior leadership with briefings and material for Sr. Program Manager, Directorate, and Vice President levels.  Must be a US citizen and have the ability to maintain Secret Clearance Must have a bachelors degree Must have the abillity to travel up to 25% (domestic only) Experience interacting with USG customer on acquisition topics Must have acquisition experience Ability to manage several tasks concurrently Excellent communication and presentation skills   Desired Skills
