About this role

The Settlement team for CMCPR team have a high level of interaction with Business Specialists (Financial Advisors), Branch Management, Compliance and Risk Teams. The team is also the liaison between the field and the businesses unit / trading desk. On a day-to-day basis, the team member manages conflicting events that occurs throughout the day. An associate is responsible for managing the day-to-day support of the trade lifecycle including the trade settlement across various asset classes and trade matching platforms. The candidate would also be performing suspense account reconciliation and balancing. This role entails heavy interaction with both internal and external financial advisors, the Core Settlements departments, MSWM trading desks, and external market centers and counterparties. Given the dynamic nature of the business and regulatory environment, as well as the number of stakeholders likely to be involved in projects, the ideal candidate for this career opportunity will have an appreciation for complexity and the need for maintaining a controlled environment, and be adaptable, action-oriented, and ambitious, with sharp communication skills. Expected base pay rates for the role will be $65,000.00-$102,500.00per year at the commencement of employment.
