Booking Holdings’ dedicated B2B division drives global business-to-business strategy and distribution across our premier travel brands.  We are looking for a Head of HR Business Partnering to lead the people strategy for Agoda’s B2B business globally. This is a senior HR leadership role for someone who can operate as a trusted advisor to business leaders, shape organizational direction, and build an HR partnership model that enables growth, transformation, and high performance across multiple regions. This leader will partner closely with the B2B executive team, including the Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and functional Heads, to translate business priorities into people strategies across organization design, leadership effectiveness, talent planning, capability building, employee engagement, change management, and performance. The role is accountable for setting and driving the global people strategy for the B2B business, ensuring the organization, leadership, and talent agenda supports business performance, transformation, and long-term scalability. With global responsibility across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, this leader will oversee and align three regional HR teams supporting the business across those markets. They will elevate leadership effectiveness and the quality of people management, strengthen succession and talent pipelines for critical roles, and ensure the business receives high-quality, coordinated support from the broader People function globally. The role will also serve as a trusted advisor on complex and business-critical people matters, balancing enterprise consistency with regional nuance and local market needs. The successful candidate will bring a balance of strategic thinking and execution excellence, with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders and the leadership capability to align regional HR support behind a consistent global people agenda while remaining responsive to local business and market needs.
