Operations Supervisor Location: Chino, CA Schedule Operations run 7 days per week , and supervisors rotate to provide leadership coverage across both day and evening shifts . Schedule will be discussed during the interview process and may vary based on business needs. Must be flexible to support AM and PM operations . Weekend coverage is required on a rotating basis , primarily supporting Inbound Operations . Additional schedule flexibility may be needed to support peak business periods, staffing needs, and operational priorities. On-Site | Distribution Center | Healthcare Logistics & Warehouse Operations Work Environment On-site role in a fast-paced distribution center supporting healthcare operations. Leaders rotate between day, evening, and weekend coverage to support a 7-day operation. Primary weekend support is focused on Inbound Operations . Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the facility. Collaborative environment focused on safety, quality, productivity, and employee development. What You Will Do
Lead daily warehouse operations to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time Supervise, train, coach, and develop warehouse associates and team leads Monitor productivity, quality, and service metrics to achieve operational goals Assign work and adjust staffing levels based on workload and business needs Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve performance Promote a positive team culture focused on safety, accountability, and engagement Manage performance, attendance, coaching, and employee development activities Support efforts to reduce overtime, improve efficiency, and control operational costs Review operational data and reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace safety standards Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment Partner with transportation, inventory, quality, and operations teams to support business goals Basic Requirements High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience 3+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, or fulfillment operations Leadership experience supervising, coaching, or developing employees Experience managing workflow and productivity in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and varying shifts Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift Preferred Skills / Experience Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical supply, or regulated distribution environments Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), labor management systems, or RF scanning technology Experience interviewing, coaching, performance management, and employee development Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing productivity and operational metrics Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field Work Environment On‑site role in a fast‑paced distribution center Rotating schedule to support a 7‑day operation May work day,
