Security Awareness Specialist (Training & Content Development)   Location: Wrocław - 2 days office / 3 days remote    Let us introduce you the job offer by EY GDS Poland – a member of the global integrated service delivery center network by EY.   The opportunity   We are looking for a Security Awareness Specialist who combines cybersecurity knowledge with strong communication, content creation, and marketing skills. The role will focus on designing and delivering engaging cybersecurity awareness initiatives, including developing content that promotes a strong security culture across the organization, training materials, newsletters, etc.   Your key responsibilities

Develop and deliver security awareness training and educational materials. Create newsletters, awareness campaigns, presentations, videos, and e-learning content. Translate cybersecurity topics into engaging, business-friendly messaging. Manage and maintain awareness content on SharePoint and other communication platforms. Leverage generative AI tools to produce modern learning materials. Collaborate with business stakeholders, cybersecurity teams, and external partners. Monitor awareness program effectiveness through reporting and KPIs.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Data-driven approach to measuring awareness effectiveness and continuously improving content and training programs. Curiosity and willingness to stay up to date with emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and learning technologies.

To qualify for the role, you must have

3+ years of experience in Security Awareness, Communications, Marketing, Learning & Development, or a related field. Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, and secure behaviors. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience creating engaging digital content and training materials. Familiarity with content creation tools. Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders across the organization.

Ideally, you’ll also have

Experience running Security Awareness programs in large organizations. Cybersecurity certifications (Security+, ISC2 CC, or similar). Experience supporting both IT and OT environments.
