The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.     Mission   Au sein de DePuy   Synthes   France, le/la   Contracting   and Tender   Specialist   joue un rôle clé dans l’excellence opérationnelle et la bonne exécution des contrats, appels d’offres et offres de prix. Il/elle sécurise la conformité des dossiers, la qualité des données et le respect des délais, tout en apportant un support réactif à nos clients et à nos équipes commerciales (force de vente, KAM) afin de soutenir la performance et la satisfaction client.   Piloter le processus de réponse aux appels d’offres (veille, coordination, constitution et contrôle des dossiers, validations/signatures, dépôt et suivi).   Élaborer et gérer les offres de prix et devis en coordination avec les équipes commerciales, avec traçabilité et archivage.   Assurer la gestion opérationnelle de la vie des contrats/marchés (reconductions, avenants) et la fiabilisation des référentiels/outils.   Traiter les litiges de facturation liés aux prix/contrats et assurer le suivi jusqu’à résolution, en lien avec le recouvrement.   Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus et outils pour renforcer la qualité de service.

Appels   d’offres   ( marchés   publics   et   consultations   privées )   Anticiper les renouvellements (fin de marchés) et construire les rétroplannings de réponse.   Partager en amont les informations clés avec la force de vente / KAM afin de préparer la stratégie de réponse.   Assurer la veille des opportunités (ex. Wanao), télécharger les dossiers de consultation et coordonner la préparation de la réponse.   Établir le planning de réponse et organiser, si nécessaire, une réunion de lancement.   Consolider les éléments administratifs, techniques et commerciaux ; sécuriser la conformité du dossier avant envoi.   Éditer l’offre de prix, intégrer les données dans   Contract   Manager et réaliser
