About this role
At NVIDIA, our people are our greatest strength. As we continue to experience rapid growth, we are looking for a leader to manage our HR Operations team for APAC region. In this role, you will own the APAC HR operations roadmap—balancing scale, speed, service quality, and local compliance across a highly complex region. You will partner seamlessly with cross-functional global teams to elevate service delivery, simplify workflows, and translate regional complexity into flawless execution. This is an outstanding opportunity for a thoughtful, transformational leader who can build strong teams, raise the bar on operational rigor, and deliver an exceptional employee experience from hire to retire. What you’ll be doing: Own the APAC HR Operations roadmap. Lead, coach, and inspire a distributed team, building a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous enhancement. Drive a frictionless, high-quality employee lifecycle by building a regional operating model that balances standardized global processes with localized country requirements. Partner with global HR Operations leaders to align regional practices with enterprise standards, while fiercely representing APAC needs and ensuring seamless handoffs with Recruiting, Payroll, and Mobility. Establish and monitor rigorous service level metrics and operational health indicators. Identify automation and digitization opportunities that aggressively reduce manual work and improve speed, accuracy, and transparency. Strengthen data quality, process controls, and audit readiness, ensuring strict policy adherence and risk mitigation across all APAC HR processes. What we need to see: 12+ years of relevant experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or people operations, preferably within a fast-paced, multi-country environment. 5+ years of experience managing and developing sizable teams. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven success leading and developing teams across diverse APAC markets, navigating local regulatory, cultural, and operational complexities. Strong experience using data, metrics, and service insights to drive cross-functional process improvement, simplification, and operational change at scale. Excellent judgment and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and build trust with business partners and global HR leaders. Ways to stand out from the crowd: Experience leading and scaling APAC HR operations in a hyper-growth global technology company. A proven track record of building, redesigning, or transforming regional shared services and employee experience models. Strong technical exposure to Workday and Service Now HR operations, advanced case management, and HR process automation.
