The P&W Earned Value Analysis and Reporting organization is looking for a self-motivated and disciplined individual to join its Fighter Mobility team. This position provides the candidate with a unique opportunity to interface and work with the Program Management Office and Engineering. While in this role, the ideal candidate will provide guidance and analysis in the areas of Project Management, Budgeting, Scheduling, and Variance Analysis used in the execution of the Military Engines Programs. The candidate will become an integral part of the F119 SPaRE program management team, providing analysis and recommendations utilizing Earned Value tools and methodology.
What You Will Do
Support proper implementation of EVMS and project management tools and processes through coordination with and guidance to the technical areas as they develop, plan, and analyze tasks. Provide project management guidance to program team to ensure adherence to Earned Value Management System (EVMS) guidelines Perform risk assessments and what-if analysis associated with task budgeting and program performance. Actively support monthly program Estimate-at-Complete reviews and Monthly/Quarterly Program Review preparation activities. Facilitate monthly data reconciliation and compile compliant Earned Value or project plan data approved by the program manager and provide to the external customer. Support on-going compliance reviews and periodic process audits (e.g. DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Review). Strict attention to detail and internal and external customer satisfaction focus is required to ensure the team meets aggressive demands of military compliance programs.
Qualifications
You Must Have : Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5+ years of experience or an Advanced Degree with a minimum 3+ years of experience. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a minimum of 5+ years of analytical and trending skills. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications
We Prefer: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Administration. Earned Value Management experience and analytical problem-solving skills with knowledge of specific program management tools (i.e. SAP, WebEVM). General understanding of and openness to continuous improvement principles. Demonstrated effectiveness working across functions, organizations, and various levels of management with strong written and oral communication skills. Comfortable executing under pressure in a dynamic environment with the ability to focus on results to drive tasks
