The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for leading the resort’s overall commercial function across Group and Transient Sales, Revenue Management, and Marketing/PR. As the resort’s commercial leader, the primary focus of the role is driving revenue performance through effective strategies and execution, while leading marketing campaigns and promotions that support revenue goals and ensuring Sales, Revenue Management, and Marketing remain aligned to achieve established revenue, market share, and overall business objectives
