Equity Research Associate Internship - Summer 2027 The Role   Looking for a best-in-class opportunity to obtain hands-on experience with fundamental analysis and the investment research process? The Equity Research Associate internship program gives interns the chance to obtain and develop the core research skills needed to jumpstart a successful and lucrative career in investment management. The program is led by our director of research, and each intern will be paired with a peer in the research department who will mentor them throughout the summer. Throughout the 10-week program, interns will support real investment decisions by: Conducting autonomous research on three stocks across different sub-sectors. Building financial models, completing financial analysis, and conducting proprietary research. Communicating with corporate management teams, industry experts, and Wall Street analysts, to develop investment recommendations for our funds. Collaborating with fellow interns and utilizing the vast network of Fidelity managing directors of research, analysts and portfolio managers. Pitching stock recommendations to internal portfolio managers.
