Job Description
The Omnichannel Growth Manager oversees the end to end management of assigned products, services and programs including features, benefits and characteristics that meet customer needs and are priced to meet the Bank's profit and loss objectives. The Product Manager manages a particular product or function supporting in the achievement of a business strategy. This role acts as a source for innovation led through customer insights and creating a better customer experience with a particular product. The role is accountable for business results and product sales, working with Acquisition teams to ensure widget and volume targets are met. Depth & Scope: Highly seasoned professional role requiring substantial knowledge/expertise in a complex field and knowledge of broader related areas Lead the modernization and digitization of customer acquisition programs, transforming traditionally paper-based account opening processes into seamless digital experiences. Partner with Digital, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Audit teams to design, implement, and scale innovative acquisition solutions. Drive the development and rollout of digital application journeys, including QR code-enabled account opening experiences. Manage cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. Serve as the primary project lead across multiple acquisition programs, coordinating stakeholders and facilitating successful implementation. Monitor and analyze program performance, identifying opportunities to improve customer acquisition outcomes and operational efficiency. Support the execution of direct mail and digital marketing campaigns by partnering with Marketing teams on strategy, creative reviews, and campaign optimization. Ensure all customer communications, marketing materials, and disclosures meet regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the product and program lifecycle while maintaining a strong control environment. Contribute to the relaunch and ongoing enhancement of customer acquisition programs to drive growth across both in-person and digital channels.
