Transformation Delivery (EY GDS Philippines) Senior Consultant About EY GDS Transformation Delivery EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Transformation Delivery (TD) provides project and program management excellence across global technology initiatives. Our team delivers complex, high-impact projects that drive digital transformation, operational efficiency, and business growth. The Opportunity As a Project Manager within the GDS Transformation Delivery team, you’ll lead end-to-end project delivery across global portfolios. You’ll work with cross-functional teams—spanning business, technology, and operations—to ensure successful planning, execution, and governance of initiatives that enable EY’s strategic vision. Key Responsibilities •    Lead and manage technology projects ensuring timely, quality, and within-scope delivery. •    Develop comprehensive project plans, goals, and milestones aligned with business objectives. •    Manage stakeholder communication across global teams (NA, EMEIA, APAC), ensuring alignment on priorities and outcomes. •    Define roles, responsibilities, and governance structures across PMO, business, and technical teams. •    Drive execution and continuous improvement using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. •    Oversee project budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies, with proactive issue resolution. •    Collaborate with business analysts, engineers, and UX teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. •    Ensure projects adhere to EY’s technology, architecture, and security standards. •    Support change management, quality assurance, and user adoption activities. •    Track and report project performance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability across stakeholders. •    Identify and pursue new business opportunities — supporting RFP processes, proposal development, and client presentations. •    Flexible to support global shifts (US, UK, or APAC time zones). Core Capabilities •    Project Management (PM) •    Business Analysis (BA) •    Scrum Master/ Agile Delivery •    Project Management Office (PMO) •    IT Service Management (ITSM) Skills and Experience •    5+ years of experience in IT project management or software delivery (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid). •    Strong background in SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps, or product lifecycle management. •    Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technical solutions. •    Proficiency in Agile delivery tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Smartsheet, or Trello). •    Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills. •    Experience with project reporting, governance, and risk management in global delivery environments. Preferred Qualifications •    Bachelor’s degree in any related field. •    PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred. •    Strong technical expertise in SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure DevOps (ADO), Planview, and AI-driven solutions. •    Working knowledge of Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, MS Teams). •    Exposure to MS Project/Project Online or other enterprise PM tools. •    Domain experience in Consumer Products & Retail, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, or Technology industries.
