Citi Research is looking for Full Time Analysts to join the Global Strategy and Macro Group (GSMG) in New York. GSMG research analysts work with institutional clients to identify alpha generation opportunities. They provide innovative analysis, identify emerging trends and deliver high quality investment insights to investors on a global basis with a high emphasis on independence and objectivity in its products and insights. Your time here will look something like this... Full Time Analysts can expect to assist senior strategists in analyzing market moving trends and building relative value models. By the end of the Analyst Program, participants will have: Develop a thorough understanding of financial markets Will learn to identify and analyze trends in the fixed-income and commodities markets with the goal of producing cutting edge research and actionable trading recommendations. Learn to collect, outline and explain information giving insights that drive creative solutions in the Macro environment in which our clients' businesses operate. Your insights will provide clarity the client needs to make investment decisions. Develop relationships with Citi clients and our sales and trading partners. We provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed. Citi Research plays a vital role within the firm because of the insight they provide and the skills they possess. Our industry-leading professionals are thought leaders on identifying market trends, analyzing data and helping clients navigate market volatility and generate alpha through relative value analysis. They provide thought provoking and industry leading analysis by leveraging their analytical skills and sophisticated models to identify opportunities across many asset classes. We’re committed to teaching you the ropes. Citi’s full-time Analyst program starts in the Summer of 2027 and begins with orientation and training. This is a highly competitive and selective program that gives recent graduates an introduction to our Fixed Income, Currency, Commodity, and Equity franchises. At the end of the program, our goal is to ensure that Analysts are placed in a job that best pairs their skill sets and personal interests with the needs of the firm. We want to hear from you if... You have a GPA of 3.3 or above You are obtaining a bachelor’s or master’s degree (excluding MBA’s), majoring in Quantitative Finance, Computer science, Engineering, Mathematics and/or a closely related degree. You currently graduating between December 2026 and June 2027 You have excellent mathematical and/or programming skills You communicate clearly and effectively Who we think will be a great fit...
