Join our Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on experience supporting hiring initiatives across business and technology functions. This internship is designed to provide meaningful learning opportunities, mentorship, and practical exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process.
We welcome students from Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, and other related disciplines. We also encourage applications from students pursuing Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, and other technology-related programs who are interested in exploring a career in technical recruitment.
Throughout the internship, you will work closely with experienced recruiters and contribute to projects supporting employer branding, candidate engagement, recruitment operations, talent sourcing, and hiring for a variety of roles across the organization.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day recruitment and hiring activities.
• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, professional networking platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Help review resumes and identify candidates who meet basic job requirements.
• Support talent mapping and market research activities for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Assist with recruitment-related communications and scheduling.
• Support employer branding, campus recruitment, and talent engagement initiatives.
• Help maintain candidate information and recruitment records in applicable systems and tools.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics.
• Participate in process improvement projects and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.
• Gain exposure to hiring across various functions, including software development, cloud, cybersecurity, client support, sales, finance, and corporate roles.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program and eligible for an internship as part of academic requirements.
• Interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Technical Recruitment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to learn and contribute in a dynamic team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and online collaboration tools.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
• Must be in the final academic year, with no remaining academic units or subjects to complete aside from the internship requirement.
• Must be currently enrolled in an internship, practicum, or on-the-job training (OJT) unit as required by the academic institution.
• Open to working in any shift schedule, preferably the afternoon shift, depending on business and team requirements.
