We are a fast-growing, global engineering group crucial to WBD’s future. We are looking for an engineering manager who is passionate about solving complex engineering challenges coaching, leading, and mentoring a team of engineers. You and your team will lead numerous products in WBD to a modernized authentication and authorization experience. We are setting up an India Development Center to better support our global streaming services and assist international teams. We are looking for an Engineering Manager who will help build and grow the India Identity and Growth teams and enable the global expansion of our services. Roles & Responsibilities:  As an Engineering Manager, you are responsible for leading a high-performing team of engineers, to enable rapid consolidation of platforms to a unified authentication and authorization experience. You and your team will build a standardized provisioning platform, collaborate with technical partners to onboard and bootstrap users to modern authentication systems. You will uphold rigorous standards of engineering and operational excellence, as practiced widely across WBD. You will attract, coach, and retain key talent and provide opportunities for professional and career growth. Build and manage a team of high-performing engineers. Ensure retention through challenging professional opportunities and career growth prospects. Manage relationships with key stakeholders across platform, back-end, and client engineering; program management; champion engineering excellence. Develop standards and toolset for efficient, cost effective, provisioning workflows. Identify new opportunities and enhancements and feed them to the shared roadmap for prioritization. Identify and manage partner relationships internally and externally to ensure smooth integration into the WBD product delivery process. Ability to manage complexity and uncertainty associated with new product development. Influence and champion process, tools, operations, and technological improvements to operate global scale cloud-based platform services. Mentor other software development engineers throughout the organization, building the next generation of leaders.
