Ensure training effectiveness, stakeholder satisfaction, session utilization and continuous improvement through analytics and AI enabled solutions. What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Pricing & Profitability Optimization • Secondary skill - Sales Enablement • 5 to 7 years experience with minimum 2 years in Training, Learning Administration or Scheduling • 1+ year Client Relationship and Scope Management experience • Experience supporting global learning operations • Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work in a 24x7 environment • Professional English proficiency Roles and Responsibilities: • Operations Management • Build quarterly training demand plans with Business Partners and stakeholders • Coordinate session scheduling, enrollment and attendance tracking • Manage session fill rates and ad hoc training requests • Support Train the Trainer and Facilitator readiness programs • Coordinate facilitators, stakeholders and delivery teams • Analyze session feedback and create corrective action plans • Deliver reporting, dashboards and operational insights • Support AI enabled learning, scheduling and seller support tools • Ensure LMS accuracy and SLA compliance
