About this role

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager - Windows Ecosystem - to drive the strategy behind the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) programs and policies that shape how the world's Windows devices are built and brought to market. As part of the Windows Ecosystem & Commercial Engagement team, you'll help shape the future of the Windows device ecosystem — making sure that no matter which partner builds the device, customers get the quality, security, and experiences Windows is designed to deliver.  You'll develop the programs that help partners deliver great Windows experiences across the ecosystem, with quality and security as first-class outcomes.  You'll use customer, market, and ecosystem insights to set priorities, drive adoption of key experiences, and leverage AI to help partners deliver high-quality devices more efficiently. This is a highly cross-functional, influence-driven role that requires strategic thinking, collaboration, and execution.  You'll work horizontally across Windows engineering, commercial, and partner teams shaping direction and prioritization across boundaries. If you're energized by turning strategy into outcomes across the global Windows device ecosystem, we’d love to talk.  Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
