This program is designed to complement your on-the job experience and features: Leadership talks with key Leaders from across the organization Lunch and Learns on topics such as Innovation Diversity and Inclusion and Personal Branding and so much more JOB DESCRIPTION Support management reporting, including the delivery of monthly and quarterly financial results, forecasts, and plan analysis for the Commercial Banking portfolio.  Assist with financial analytics and variance analysis by consolidating information into clear insights, helping identify risks, opportunities, and changes against forecast or plan.  Participate in developing and enhancing financial models, reporting templates, methodologies, and frameworks to support ongoing reporting, audit, and ad-hoc analysis.  Extract and organize financial and business driver information to help prepare presentations that communicate results and key messages to Finance and business partners.  Work with Finance partners and other business areas to track productivity, cost-saving initiatives, and process improvements.  Build foundational knowledge of Commercial Banking, internal reporting tools, and Commercial Loans portfolio drivers while maintaining awareness of internal and external business trends.  Contribute to a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, productivity, innovation, creativity, analysis, and advice.  JOB REQUIREMENTS We’re proud to work with a group of diverse colleagues.
