Senior Director, Enterprise Initiatives Support

This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brand Performance Support (BPS) team that delivers responsive and effective support to Hotel Leaders across over 9,000 hotels through close collaboration with many parts of the business. As the Senior Director of Enterprise Initiatives Support (EIS) reporting to the Vice President of Brand Performance Support, you will be responsible for leading the support of key enterprise-wide initiatives and programs through driving maximum hotel-level compliance, participation and utilization.

When initiatives and programs are supported through EIS, you and your team will collaborate with many other stakeholders while also driving participation and utilization through innovation, technology, data-driven decision making, and automation.
