Team/Role Overview The HR Benefits Operations Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services for employee Benefits programs. Requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own job. What you’ll do Manage all benefits and T&A related data /administration during employee lifecycle from enrollment to disenrollment for different countries including data entry, document distribution, payroll inputs and reporting along with ad hoc tasks Invoice processing, validation and payment registration in the system Act as key contact person with benefit vendors, act as the bridge between the organization, the employees and the benefits providers, ensure timely reporting and payment to benefit vendors and excellent customer service for employees Effectively solve complex employee inquiries and escalations with appropriate support from SMEs, support stakeholders’ requests Collaborate with the HR Benefits team to implement changes in country benefits, participate in implementation efforts and participate in transition and reengineering projects on a country/regional/global level along with other projects Ensure process documentation is up to date, drive simplification and enhance effectiveness measures through continuous improvement, also focusing on preventing any gaps in the processes and compliance with internal controls What we’ll need from you Previous experience in Human Resources or Operations preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Proven organization and time management skills Demonstrated problem-solving skills Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience What we can offer you: By joining Citi Solutions Center Poland, you will not only be part of a business casual workplace with a hybrid working model (currently up to 2 days working at home per week), but also (potentially, subject to final offer) receive a competitive base salary and enjoy a whole host of additional benefits which can include: Employer paid Defined Contribution Pension Plan contribution of 6% of employee’s pensionable earnings (PPE Program) Employer paid Private Medical Care Package for employees and Private Medical Care Packages for certain family members available at preferential rates Employer paid Life Insurance Program for employees and Life Insurance for certain family members available at preferential rates Employee Assistance Program financed by Employer Paid Parental Leave Program (maternity and paternity leave; statutory and 2 weeks additional paid paternity leave) Sport Card for employees subsidized via Social Benefits Fund and Sport Cards for certain family members available at preferential rates Additional benefits from Company’s Social Benefit Fund, in particular: Holidays Allowance, support for sport and cultural activities, team building events.
