Sr. Director Executive Compensation

As the Sr. Director, Executive Compensation you will be part of the Total Rewards (COE) with responsibility for providing leadership and expert support on all aspects of executive compensation for top executives. You will also be expected to have current executive compensation experience and knowledge and prior experience in support of Broad-Based Compensation and the Benefits functions within the company. You will work closely with senior leadership, the global Compensation and Benefits functions, Strategic Business Group (SBG) and regional compensation leaders, as well as on cross-functional teams on the execution of your key responsibilities as well as on related projects, analysis and research.
