You’ll be part of a team that values quality, ownership, and continuous improvement. 🛠 What You’ll Be Doing Performing welding operations using SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, and Carbon Arc welding, for both A36 & 304LSS Interpreting engineered drawings, weld symbols, and dimensions Fitting, aligning, calibrating, and adjusting components to meet exact tolerances. Fabricating and repairing semi‑complex parts from raw materials. Following red‑line changes and recommending process or design improvements Troubleshooting and repairing consumable failures (spring liners, nozzle insulators, tips, etc.) Using hand and power tools including grinders and chipping hammers Troubleshooting welding machines and equipment issues Supporting daily housekeeping Working closely with supervisors, managers, and peers to deliver quality work on schedule and under budget Meeting internal and external customer expectations consistently 📍 Where You’ll Make an Impact You’ll support field and construction operations , fabricating and repairing components that must meet exact standards in demanding environments. Your work contributes directly to job‑site success, safety, and customer satisfaction. 🎯 What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Valid TWIC Card or ability to obtain 2+ years of relevant welding and fabrication experience Proven proficiency in: SMAW FCAW GMAW Carbon Arc Welding Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols. Experience operating a wide range of hand and power tools. Demonstrate Fit for Duty by passing a physical examination. Ability to obtain AWS certifications (training provided) Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills. Safety-first mindset and attention to detail Ability to work independently while collaborating with field and shop teams.
