A Day in the Life Join our team as a Distributor Sales Representative for Cardiac Surgery and Peripheral therapies, where you will help expand access to advanced medical technologies and make a meaningful impact on patient care. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated professionals who are passionate about healthcare, sales excellence, and building strong partnerships with healthcare providers in a dynamic medical environment. This role is based in Egypt with responsibility for covering the full country, requiring regular field engagement with healthcare professionals, key stakeholders, and distributor partners across the territory. You will focus on daily customer interaction, business development, and market expansion, with occasional travel to districts within your assigned territory as needed. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Drive sales growth and market development for Cardiac Surgery and Peripheral products across assigned territories in Egypt through daily engagement with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and key stakeholders Build strong clinical and commercial relationships with cardiac surgeons, vascular surgeons, interventional specialists, and procurement teams to support product adoption and business expansion Provide product education, case support, and technical guidance on Medtronic technologies, including advanced cardiac surgery and peripheral solutions designed to improve surgical outcomes and patient care Identify business opportunities, monitor market dynamics, and execute strategic plans to increase market share and achieve sales objectives Managing and collaborate closely with distributor partners to ensure excellent customer coverage, operational efficiency, and consistent execution of business priorities Support product launches, training programs, and promotional activities while ensuring alignment with compliance and company standards Maintain accurate sales forecasting, customer feedback, and territory performance reporting to support business planning and decision-making. Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in medicine, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in medical devices or healthcare sales, preferably in Cardiac Surgery or Peripheral Therapies, with at least 2 years of experience in distributor management Strong command of the English language (spoken and written) Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills with the ability to build trust across diverse customer groups Solid business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, execute sales plans, and achieve targets Proven experience in engaging with HCPs (Healthcare Professionals) and managing key stakeholder relationships.
