Standard Job Description 
 You will be the Subcontract Management Sr for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate‑to‑high‑risk, modified Commercial Off‑The‑Shelf, performance specification and complex build‑to‑print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs.

As the Subcontract Management Sr you will be responsible for overseeing supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance across complex subcontracts, leading multifunctional teams, and ensuring compliance with procurement regulations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for moderate‑to‑high‑risk subcontracts. Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and exercise procurement delegation authority. Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services. Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, evaluate proposals, and negotiate subcontract terms.
