Launch repeatable co-marketing programs, joint campaigns, events, and reusable toolkits that reach SMB audiences through participating agencies and partners. Pilot programs and measure participation, activation, advertiser growth, and economics. Scale effective approaches and refine or retire underperforming programs. Lead cross-functional delivery and adapt programs across markets. Build the team and operating capabilities needed for global scale. You Might Thrive in This Role If You Demonstrate success building and scaling programs for SMB-focused agencies or other partners serving small businesses.
