This role is responsible for driving commercial execution and sales support activities that help optimize the Trauma and Extremities business, including marketing operations, compliance and copy approval processes. The position partners closely with sales and marketing leadership to align execution with business priorities and deliver operational excellence.

Copy Approval and Compliance -Ensure all materials accurately reflect product positioning and clinical evidence. Support the review and approval process for new marketing materials, collaborating with regulatory, legal, medical and clinical affairs. Ensure all promotional materials and educational materials adhere to company policies and procedures. Lifecycle Management Execution - Support the development of global lifecycle management strategies for products, families and systems including the communication and execution plan. Ensure alignment of global strategy in cross-functional programs. Product Launch - Supporting and executing impactful worldwide product launches. Specific responsibilities include the development of marketing materials for all key stakeholders, and drive the inventory roll-out plan, sales tools. Lead coordination with Regional Marketing teams and key countries. General Business Support - Develop strong relationships with internal cross-functional partners to provide on-site support. Be responsive in responding to requests from internal customers and Marketing Managers. Work collaboratively with functional areas and Strategic Partners to ensure business issues are addressed. Commercial Results - Achieve worldwide business plan objectives of sales, net income, gross profit, inventory and price on an annual basis. Manage expenses within budget.
