JOB DESCRIPTION
Fox Entertainment is seeking an Executive Director, Business & Legal Affairs to lead and support a broad range of strategic dealmaking and legal matters across creator partnerships, production, and emerging technology initiatives. This role will serve as a senior legal and business advisor, partnering closely with business and legal affairs leadership and key stakeholders to structure, negotiate, and execute complex agreements in a rapidly evolving media landscape. The department sits at the intersection of traditional entertainment, the creator economy, and technology-driven production. The ideal candidate is a highly versatile, business-minded executive who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment within a large media company. This individual combines strong strategic judgment with the ability to independently manage a high volume of complex, day-to-day matters; build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders; and develop practical solutions that advance business objectives while appropriately managing risk. Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position. The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Support the negotiation, drafting, and execution of a broad range of complex agreements, including creator, production, talent, licensing, content, and technology-related deals Serve as a legal and business advisor to internal stakeholders, providing practical counsel on deal structure, business strategy, contractual terms, and legal and commercial risk Partner
