What this job involves: As a People Services Partner within our Knowledge Center, you will be a vital point of contact for our HR Team and our extended HR Operations team (JBS) to help serve our employees and managers. You will serve as the subject matter expert within your business line or vertical to ensure the accurate and efficient administration of all HR queries. Your expertise will provide employees with fast, important answers and play a crucial role in delivering a seamless and positive employee experience. What your day-to-day responsibilities will look like: Point of contact for escalations within your business line or vertical with a special expertise on our most frequently asked questions within pay, time tracking, benefits and leaves Proactively audit case and satisfaction survey reports for your business line or vertical to identify improperly handled cases and upskill our extended HR Ops team (JBS) Interact cross-functionally with our COE’s and demonstrate strong collaboration skills and organizational knowledge to determine how to resolve escalations quickly and anticipate downstream impacts Participate in monthly HR Partner calls within your business line or vertical to share relevant updates, gather feedback and advocate for business needs Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce HRBP requests, ensuring employees receive support more efficiently Manage HR Services projects or projects from other COE’s that need end to end administrative support Conduct onboarding session for newly hired HR Partners to ensure thorough understanding of HR Operations functions, processes, and resources Sound like you? To apply you need to be: 3+ years of HR experience with demonstrated success in delivering a high level of care to employees Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach to resolving employee inquiries Experience working with total rewards, compensation and benefits, or HR operations/payroll High-level understanding of payroll, time tracking, benefits administration, and leave policies Case management experience preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Experience using data and/or analytics to drive outcomes Passion for human resources and a continuous improvement mindset Desire to succeed in a fast-paced, matrixed, and ever-changing environment, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity Creative problem solver who is self-motivated, results-oriented, and a self-starter Case management experience preferred Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Ability to handle sensitive information with
