Job Title Quality Review & Reporting Consultant Job Description Summary Record and maintain up-to-date, accurate, complete and consistent lease data base in order to ground and secure cost effective and proactive operational and financial portfolio management for the occupier clients of Cushman & Wakefield GOS.

Other professional qualifications required for filling the position: BSC/MSC degree or minimum 3 years of additional relevant experience on the top of the standard criteria is required 4 years data processing or real estate operation experience in international environment is required Service coordination experience is required Foreign language skills required for filling the position: English language advanced Knowledge of any other European language is an advantage Required skills for filling the position: Excellent IT literacy Client technology platform SME Advanced MS Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent analytical skills Able to work independently and in a team Incredibly strong work ethic Flexibility during times of change Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Proactive, enthusiastic and willing to learn Independent mindset and willing to make responsible decisions Very high emotional intelligence Able to support recruitment process Responsibilities of the jobholder: Comply with all Client and Cushman & Wakefield internal processes and data quality controls Delivering the contracted service level Regular tasks: Daily and other BAU tasks to deliver: Comparing Abstraction form with the abstracted data or the lease data recorded in the system as per process documentation Production of database reports Creating and handling of the training materials (e.g. regular maintenance of L5 documents) and coordination of their team members in doing it Creating ad hoc and regular reports for managers Supporting line manager in monitoring and supervising activities Supporting and/or managing process-, technology-, service- and client transitioning projects Holding and/or attending to ad-hoc and reoccurring meetings Service coordination tasks: Ensuring that the daily workload is properly distributed, and if it is necessary prioritising them Cushman & Wakefield is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
