The opportunity  : Associate-National-SaT-SaT - TCF - Capital and Debt Advisory - New Delhi National : National comprises of sector agnostic teams working across industries for a well rounded experience. SaT - TCF - Capital and Debt Advisory : Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. Using our Capital Agenda framework, we work with clients to find answers to today’s toughest strategic, financial, operational and commercial questions. We help corporates, private equity, governments, sovereign wealth funds, private and family businesses, and educational institutions with their key financial issues. Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence

Strong proficiency in financial analysis to evaluate capital structures, funding requirements, and debt advisory scenarios. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for building, analyzing, and validating complex financial models and data sets. Skilled in PowerPoint and Word to develop clear, well-structured client presentations and advisory deliverables. Ability to apply business acumen to assess transaction implications, market dynamics, and capital strategy considerations. Competence in supporting advisory engagements through data-driven analysis, documentation, and structured problem solving.
