Equipment Operation & Maintenance Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment to achieve production goals. Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) activities according to established schedules. Conduct equipment inspections and health checks to identify potential issues before failures occur. Assist in equipment setup, qualification, conversion, and recovery activities. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving Troubleshoot equipment-related issues and perform corrective actions to minimize downtime. Utilize problem-solving methodologies and available tools to identify root causes. Escalate complex equipment issues to engineers when required. Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Quality & Process Support Ensure equipment operates within specification and meets quality requirements. Support engineering activities, trials, and qualifications. Assist in collecting and analyzing equipment data for process improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate maintenance and equipment records. Continuous Improvement Participate in equipment improvement projects to enhance reliability, productivity, and cost effectiveness. Support implementation of new tools, processes, and best practices. Contribute ideas for continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs. Safety & Compliance Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality requirements. Follow standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions, and cleanroom protocols. Maintain a safe working environment and report potential risks or hazards.   AI & Digital Skills Requirement Basic proficiency in AI and digital tools for data analysis, troubleshooting, reporting, and process improvement. Experience using AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI) is an added advantage.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical discipline. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated equipment systems. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork skills.
